These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Righteously mobile app, operated by Righteously Faithful, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Righteously is a Christian faith lifestyle app offering scripture content, devotional plans, Bible reading, and related features, some of which may require a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Righteously. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@righteouslyapp.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on platform, and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable platform's policies. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed (Apple, Google, or Stripe).
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Bible text and related content displayed in the App is provided under license from third-party content providers (including the ESV API and api.Bible) and remains the property of its respective rights holders. All other App content, design, and branding is the property of Righteously Faithful, LLC.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Righteously Faithful, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
